As the COVID-19 pandemic continued to evolve during 2021 and 2022, so did the NSW Government response. When anxiety gave way to fatigue, our campaigns found fresh ways to engage the people of NSW in COVID-safe behaviour. Insight-led and responsive, our campaign shifted from an urgent vaccination rallying cry to a light-hearted non-government voiced safety message leveraging influencer and partnership talent.
