Workplace safety is paramount when you’re one of the world’s biggest construction and property companies. So when Lendlease’s safety performance began to plateau, they needed to get creative. Working with the strategists at the Houston agency, I developed this Cannes Lion-winning campaign and put safety back at the top of everybody’s minds.
